42 victims of the attack at the Nova music festival near Kibbutz, an attack that occurred on October 7, have filed a lawsuit against the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), the police, and the internal security service of Israel.
The lawsuit alleges negligence and a failure to heed security threat warnings.
Some of the victims have already publicly stated that the Israeli army fired indiscriminately, causing casualties. A police investigation has also confirmed that many of the victims of the October 7 incident were killed by the IDF.
