Ofisi ya Habari ya Serikali ya Gaza imewashutumu wanajeshi wa Israel Jumamosi kwa wizi wa pesa, dhahabu, na vito vya thamani ya takriban shekeli milioni 90 (dola za Marekani milioni 24) zaidi ya shilingi Bilioni 60 za kitanzania, wakati wa vita vinavyoendelea katika Ukanda wa Gaza.
Ofisi hiyo imeeleza kuwa wizi huo ulifanyika kwa kuvamia nyumba ambazo wakazi wake walilazimishwa kuondoka, na katika vizuizi vya kijeshi vilivyowekwa na jeshi katika maeneo kadhaa kaskazini mwa Ukanda wa Gaza, kama vile kituo cha ukaguzi cha Salah al-Din.
Mapema, gazeti la Kiebrania la Yedioth Ahronoth lilifichua kuwa jeshi la Israel lilichukua shekeli milioni 5 wakati wa vita, ambazo zilipelekwa kwenye idara ya fedha ya Wizara ya Ulinzi.

The Gaza Government Media Office accused Israeli soldiers on Saturday of stealing money, gold, and jewelry worth 90 million shekels (24 million US dollars) during the ongoing war in the Gaza Strip.
The office explained that the theft occurred through looting homes from which residents were forced to evacuate and at military checkpoints established by the army in several areas in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, such as the Salah al-Din Street checkpoint.
Earlier, the Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth revealed that the Israeli army seized 5 million shekels during the war, which was transferred to the financial department of the Ministry of Defense.
