Wachambuzi wa Kizayuni kwenye kituo cha habari cha Israel, Channel 14, wameelezea hasira zao kuhusu mazungumzo kati ya Benjamin Netanyahu na Joe Biden, wakiita "upotevu wa muda". Israeli commentators on the Israeli news station Channel 14 express their anger in talks between Benjamin Netanyahu and Joe Biden, calling it a “waste of time”. Their preferred course of action is full “demolition and elimination” of Gaza, turning it into “sand”. One of the commentators says that Israel should have killed “150,000 [Gazans] on the first day.”

This commentary follows more than 80 days of Israeli bombardment on Gaza, where over 20,000 Palestinians have died as a consequence. Gaza’s infrastructure has also seen extensive damage and demolition, with over 300,000 residential buildings destroyed. Academic buildings, places of worship, bakeries, and hospitals have all seen intense harm, as well.
