Ministry Condemns Ongoing Genocide and Humanitarian Crisis in Palestine

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates in Palestine condemns in the strongest terms the genocide being committed by the occupation against our people for the 112th consecutive day, which continues to result in approximately 200 martyrs, hundreds of injured and wounded, deepening the whirlpool of forced displacement and death targeting Palestinian civilians.

The Ministry condemns the widening circle of destruction and siege of health centers and hospitals, rendering them out of service one after another daily, amidst Israeli insistence on preventing the arrival of aid and basic humanitarian needs to citizens, including the imposition of policies of starvation, thirst, and scarcity of resources, especially those necessary for civil defense tools enabling them to stand alongside the displaced whose tents are submerged in winter waters, applying a circle of real death, especially to women, children, patients, wounded, and elderly.

The Ministry sees that each passing day of the genocide reflects a legal and moral collapse at the international level and countries claiming to adhere to and care about the principles of human rights and civilian protection, especially since they have failed to achieve a rapid and relief response to Palestinian citizens displaced under the brutal killing and indiscriminate bombing with internationally prohibited weapons, in the ugliest and clearest forms of international complicity with the occupation.

The Ministry affirms that the resilience of our people and their staying in their homeland despite the forms of genocide they are subjected to daily frustrate Netanyahu's real goals of the war and expose international complicity. It emphasizes the failure of military and security options in dealing with our people and their cause while reflecting at the same time the strategic necessities and importance of resolving the conflict through political means, no matter how intense the suffering and pain of our people become, and no matter how long the international blindness to their just and legitimate national rights persists.
