The ministry warns of the Israeli army's plans to plant weapons and military equipment in Al-Shifa Hospital to partially substantiate its claims after failing to prove the presence of command and control centers, tunnels in the city, or the hospital as a hostage site for Israeli hostages.

Following these failures and the ridicule faced on the first day of the hospital invasion, where millions on social media mocked the comical scenes, and now, with everyone evacuated, including medical staff, patients, and displaced individuals, the ministry notes the potential for the army to plant whatever it desires inside and claim to have found these items.

The ministry urges all media outlets to be aware of this trap, reminding them that the Israeli army is accustomed to employing this worn-out method of lying and insisting until it is believed, or planting tools to support its narrative in the absence of witnesses and those who were present.

The ministry observes that some international media institutions have begun to recognize this deceptive approach employed by the Israeli military in its misinformation war against Palestinians. It applauds those who have exposed this deception and begun to speak boldly about it.

The ministry encourages everyone to uphold the ethics of journalism and report the facts as they are, even if faced with threats, expulsion, or revocation of licenses to operate in the occupied Palestinian territories. It reiterates its warning against the false news that the Israeli army may soon release about equipment and weapons they allegedly planted, aiming to justify their invasion of Al-Shifa Hospital and other hospitals in the region, leading to the potential complete destruction of Al-Shifa Hospital and other medical facilities under this pretext.
