TANZANIA WILL NEVER ABANDON PALESTINE: MINISTER DAMAS NDUMBARO

On October 19th, The Ambassador of State of Palestine to the United Republic of Tanzania, H.E. Ambassador Hamdi Mansour AbuAli, had the opportunity to speak with the Minister of Culture, Arts, and Sports, Dr. Damas Ndumbaro. Ambassador Abuali explained the real situation regarding the Israel intention to kill Palestinians. Ambassador Abuali stated that Israel's inhumane attacks on Palestine, including the decision to kill over 500 people at the Baptist Hospital in Gaza, send a clear message that they do not seek peace but rather aim to harm Palestinians by Military occupation. The attack on the hospital, which cost the lives of many Palestinians, is cited as the reason for the King of Jordan suspending his meeting with U.S. President Joe Biden, who is a major ally of Israel and appears to support the killing of innocent Palestinians.

While speaking to the Minister Ndumbaro Representing other ambassadors from Council of Arab Ambassadors to Tanzania, Ambassador AbuAli submitted a request for a dedicated area for a club focused on sports and exercise for diplomats and officials.
In response, the Minister of Culture, Arts, and Sports, Dr. Damas Ndumbaro, expressed condolences for the ongoing attack of Palestine citizens by Israel. He mentioned that Tanzania has a long history of friendship with Palestine, dating back to the times of the late Julius Nyerere and the former President of Palestine, Yasser Arafat. Ndumbaro stated that Tanzania will never abandon Palestine, and regarding the request for a location for the club, it's only a matter of time and promised to work on it through relevant leaders in the fields of land and sports.
